Confused at first, software didn’t feel very intuitive
When I first started using WFHI’s software, it really didn’t click for me right away. The access process was somewhat complicated and I had to go through the training modules multiple times just to get a basic handle on things. Despite the telephonic support being available, I didn’t always find it easy to understand the instructions over the phone which didn’t help build my confidence. The automatic updates occasionally caused unexpected changes, which threw me off and made me unsure if I was using the latest version correctly. The database management felt clunky for my workflow, and navigating between features wasn’t as straightforward as I expected from the start. Payment and invoicing procedures were handled well, but that didn’t improve my comfort with the software itself. So even though I could complete the sign-up and initial onboarding, I still felt hesitant about fully relying on the software because it took longer than anticipated to get accustomed. I’m not sure if I’ll be fully confident without more hands-on support or modifications in how the interface guides new users through their first steps.
