Confused at first but comfortable with labels after some use
My initial feeling about the WFHI software was some confusion, mainly because of the wording used in the dashboard and during onboarding. The labels on buttons and menus didn’t immediately make sense to me. For example, the calling tool had labels that I found ambiguous, and this made it harder to navigate the dialer. However, after spending some days working with the database feature and going through the training, I started to see the logic. The training modules explained the intended meaning of some terms, and the automatic updates helped keep the interface consistent. The invoicing and payment steps were straightforward compared to the software’s labeling. Telephonic support helped clear my doubts reasonably quickly, although I would have preferred if the labels were more intuitive from the start. Overall, I feel better using the system now, and the software definitely functions as intended; the wording just required a little adjustment period.
