Confused and frustrated by unclear labels and terms

I have to say, my experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase phases was pretty frustrating mainly because the wording and labels on the software and training materials did not make much sense to me. I found myself constantly second-guessing what certain buttons or options meant, especially during the sign-up process. Terms that seemed clear in one place were used differently elsewhere, which made me unsure whether I was completing steps correctly or missing something important. The onboarding flow felt like it was jumping between topics without clear signals as to why, which added to my confusion. I was thinking maybe it’s just me not getting used to things quickly, but the lack of intuitive phrasing and consistent terms definitely didn’t help. I wish the instructions and menu items had been more straightforward, with simpler explanations or examples in the training sessions. As a result, I felt less confident starting out and somewhat annoyed that I needed to spend extra time just figuring out what was going on. Hopefully, they improve this so others won't struggle the way I did.
