Conflicted about onboarding and training pace
My experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding has been neither entirely satisfying nor disappointing. Initially, the training modules offered clear guidance and laid out the essentials of remote workflow management in a concise manner. Daily updates were consistent, which helped me track my progress and stay informed about new features. However, the pace of the onboarding felt somewhat uneven; on certain days, the content seemed rushed, making it harder to grasp the details, while at other times, the sessions were slow and repetitive, which tested my patience. The live calling tool demonstrations were useful to some extent, but sometimes they lacked depth, which meant I had to explore the features on my own more than I would have liked. The support through telephonic assistance was approachable, though not always immediately available. While the database training aligned fairly well with my workflow, the overall experience left me feeling a bit unsure about how quickly I could become fully proficient. The system updates generally integrated smoothly, helping to straighten out minor rough edges as I progressed through training.
