By the end of the training and onboarding process with WFHI, I felt quite confident navigating the core features of the software. The step-by-step modules helped in breaking down complex workflows into manageable tasks, which was reassuring as someone starting out with remote tools. It would suit those who prefer self-paced learning and can adapt independently since the training is thorough yet not overly simplified. While the sessions were warm and clear, I did notice a slight lack of personalization, which might leave some needing extra support less comfortable. Nonetheless, the clarity and structure provided a solid foundation, allowing me to address my day-to-day workflow effectively. I appreciated that the onboarding did not rush me but allowed a natural pace, reinforcing my understanding without pressure. Overall, this onboarding is well designed for motivated individuals who can confidently take initiative and absorb information through well-organized training content.
