Confident in the basics but some doubts linger
As I went through the WFHI sales and pre-purchase interactions, I found myself weighing the positives and negatives quite closely. The sales team explained the product features clearly and walking through the sign-up and invoicing steps gave me confidence that the process would be hassle-free. On the other hand, some parts of the training seemed a bit rushed, and I wasn't entirely sure how intuitive the calling tools would be during real use. That slight uncertainty made me hesitate a little even at the end of the onboarding. I appreciated the readiness of support to answer questions, which made me feel backed up for the most part. But still, having that niggling doubt about whether everything would fit perfectly into my workflow means I’m not fully sold, though I see enough potential here to continue trialing. The good and the bad side seem pretty balanced in my experience so far.
