Confident but a little something was missing
At first, I wasn't sure about how my payments and invoices were being handled, but after going through the process a couple of times, I started feeling more confident. The invoice details matched what I expected in terms of fees for the software and training, which was reassuring. The payment flow was fairly straightforward, and I didn’t encounter issues with signing up or recurring charges. On the other hand, I wished there was a clearer summary upfront about when exactly payments would be due and how renewals would work automatically. Without that, I felt a bit cautious until I checked the invoices carefully every time. So while the system worked well and kept me informed, there was a small gap in communication that made me hesitate briefly. Overall, I’d say the experience was good enough to keep me using their services but with a wish for slightly better transparency.
