Confident At The End

The training sessions gave me a reasonable sense of how things would work once I was fully onboarded, especially after the module on using the dialer. At that particular moment, I felt quite sure that I could handle the core software on my own, which was reassuring. However, some parts of the onboarding were a bit vague initially, like navigating the database and setting up automatic updates. These felt less structured and required a couple of attempts before I got the hang of it. Overall, I'm confident enough now to use the main features effectively, though I do hope some areas get a clearer explanation in future sessions.
