Confidence was lacking due to poor sales clarity
From the beginning, I didn’t feel the sales process was very clear about what to expect. The initial explanations about the software features and billing were vague, and I had to ask multiple times for details on how the sign-up and payment worked. The demo felt rushed, and I was left confused about the actual scope of the tools and how smoothly the calling and database features would support my planned workflows. Even after attempting to use the onboarding steps, I found the instructions incomplete in some places, which made me doubt if I had understood everything correctly. The payment gateways came with unexpected steps, which added to the confusion rather than simplifying it. Attempts to reach telephonic support before purchase gave inconsistent answers, which did not boost my confidence. Ultimately, the overall flow felt patchy and disorganized, and that kept me from feeling comfortable. The one slightly positive thing was that the invoice and automated payment interface were straightforward once I managed to get that far. However, the rest of the setup and communication left me uncertain and frustrated at the end.
