Confidence not built by end of sales process
From the beginning of my interaction with the sales and pre-purchase team, I felt the information provided was adequate but not very convincing. Although I received general details about the software and training offerings, the explanations lacked depth and failed to inspire confidence in whether this would fit my intended use. The sign-up process was straightforward, but questions about invoicing and payment terms needed to be clarified repeatedly. The support for these queries was limited, and I often had to look for information by myself. I did find the outline about the calling tools and database to be technically decent, but the overall presentation left me uncertain about how smoothly the onboarding and automatic updates would be managed. No direct problems arose, but the communication felt impersonal and somewhat scripted, which did not encourage trust. By the end of all initial contact stages, I was still not clear on many aspects and unsure if this was the right choice. If transparency and thorough explanation interest you, this process might fall short.
