I want to express my appreciation for how the onboarding and training sessions were conducted, particularly noting the clarity of the instructional materials. By the end of the training, I felt a strong sense of confidence in navigating the software's key features like the database management and the integrated dialer tools. It was clear that care was taken to update the training content automatically whenever new software improvements rolled out, which helped me stay current without confusion. However, one aspect that could be improved relates to response times during telephonic support; some delays were frustrating and slowed down the learning process. Despite this, the overall training experience gave me enough assurance that I can rely on the platform to manage workflows remotely effectively.
