complex labels and confusing wording make billing tricky

The billing and payments system provided a mix of clear steps and confusing wording that might suit some users but could pose a challenge to others. While the sign-up and invoicing process overall was functional, the labels used on invoices and within payment confirmation emails were not always intuitively named. This sometimes made me pause and double-check if I was interpreting the charges correctly, which added unnecessary stress. The payment portal navigation was easy enough, and the actual payment transaction worked without issues, which I grant was a positive point. However, the terminology used for different fees and subscription categories felt inconsistent and hard to immediately grasp. If you are someone who prefers straightforward clear words describing each payment element without extra jargon, this might not be the best fit. A clearer, simpler language around billing descriptions would improve user confidence and reduce potential misunderstandings. Overall, I found the system workable but with room to simplify the labels for smoother clarity.
