Complex labeling makes it tough, not for beginners

Honestly, when I first started using this billing and payments software, I thought things would be straightforward. But the way the labels and wording have been done made it really confusing. Phrases in the invoicing and payment sections weren’t always self-explanatory; I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what each option or field actually meant. For example, some of the tabs used technical jargon that didn’t click immediately, so I ended up clicking around a lot and even had to revisit some sections multiple times just to understand them properly. This back and forth made the experience feel kind of overwhelming. I think this setup wouldn’t suit beginners or those who are not super familiar with business or tech terms. On the positive side, the automatic updates didn’t add to my confusion, which was a relief. Still, they could really improve the wording to help new users get a grip faster. For anyone comfortable with complex software, it might be okay, but for most casual users, it seems unnecessarily complicated.
