Completely stuck with support, frustrating experience
I reached out multiple times to the telephonic support because I faced issues with the dialer not working as promised. Despite explaining the problem over and over, the responses were slow and sometimes off-topic. It felt like nobody was really listening or understood what I was saying. Each call took longer than it should have, and the frustration just kept building. I also noticed that updates sometimes broke things rather than fixed them, but again, getting help was difficult. The communication seemed disorganized; I never got a sense that my issue was prioritized. After many attempts, I just gave up because it was wasting too much of my time and energy. The whole experience felt like a dead end with no meaningful progress, and frankly, this lack of support made me regret even signing up. I would advise anyone considering this software to be prepared for potentially unresponsive help and to think twice if reliable support is crucial.
