Completed setup with mix of one-off and ongoing steps
I went through the sales and pre-purchase phase with a focus on understanding how much of the setup involved one-off tasks versus ongoing maintenance. The initial sign-up and payment process were standard. Once I started with the software, I realized that some parts, like database import and initial configuration, were definitely one-off steps. These were completed in the first few days without much trouble. However, ongoing activities such as using the dialer and calling tools required regular engagement and updates, which meant continuous interaction with the system. The training materials provided were helpful for these ongoing elements but sometimes felt repetitive for the one-time tasks. Regarding invoicing and telephonic support, both worked as expected, neither exceptionally smooth nor problematic. Overall, the outcome was a setup combining both one-time completions and ongoing work, functioning adequately but without anything standing out as remarkable or highly problematic during the pre-purchase experience.
