Comparison showed the strength and weakness of WFHI
Having used other remote workflow tools before, I came into this with some expectations shaped by previous products. The WFHI software was definitely more intuitive in terms of the sign-up and payment process, and I liked how invoices arrived promptly and clearly, which was an improvement over past services. The onboarding flow and training were thorough and did a better job of introducing me to the calling tools and database management compared to alternatives. However, the telephonic support experience was disappointing. Unlike the quick responses I had with some competitors, here it felt like getting help involved significant waiting and repeating explanations. The automatic updates were a bonus, usually running without issue and improving the software regularly. Still, the slower support turned out to be a notable downside, particularly when I encountered technical hiccups early on. Despite the positives in front-end usability and payment clarity, this drawback affected overall satisfaction. I appreciate the features and smooth onboarding but compared with prior tools, the helpdesk slowdown is something I’d want addressed. It may influence whether I continue or look for alternatives down the line. The strong point was definitely the clean, efficient billing system; the weak point was support availability and effectiveness.
