Comparing with earlier systems: effort needed wasn't trivial
Having used other remote workflow platforms before, I approached WFHI with some expectations regarding ease of setup and usability. While the sign-up and invoicing processes were smooth and met my expectations, the initial configuration and use of the calling tools and database required considerable effort on my part. Automatic updates sometimes changed the interface, leading to moments of confusion that I had not anticipated based on previous experience. However, their telephonic support was generally helpful when contacted, although it often took a bit longer to reach an agent than I would hope. I found the training materials well organized, but incorporating what I learned into my day-to-day workflow demanded a fair amount of trial and error. Compared to my previous software, WFHI offered reliable features but demanded more ongoing personal adjustment. This review reflects a balanced view: some components worked well, while others required more input, thus the moderate rating.
