Comparing my efforts versus expectations
When I first signed up for the WFHI software and training, I thought onboarding would be a quick breeze based on the website descriptions. In reality, it took considerably more patience and effort, but in a way that felt productive rather than frustrating. The training modules were quite detailed and required focus, which was a step up from what I anticipated. The software itself matched the features I expected in the database and call management, but I found the dialer tools more sophisticated than initially assumed, which meant spending more time getting accustomed to them. Despite the extra effort needed upfront, the automatic updates helped improve usability over time, so I caught up with the system smoothly. Overall, the sign-up and invoicing were as straightforward as advertised, which saved me some initial time. Telephonic support was responsive when I needed clarifications during the first few days, which reassured me that help was there even if I had to tackle some complexities on my own. So while my expectations about ease were a bit optimistic, the experience was solid and worth the commitment of time. The effort I put in offset the initial learning curve and pushed me toward a remote workflow setup that feels stable now.
