Comparing it took more effort than expected
I purchased the WFHI software hoping it would match the capabilities of the previous system I used, but the comparison revealed some shortcomings. The sign-up and invoicing process was relatively straightforward, yet I noticed a few delays in confirmation that caused some inconvenience. Their training modules were structured and gave clear explanations initially, but some of the workflow automation features didn’t integrate as seamlessly as I had experienced with my earlier solution. In particular, the dialer worked decently, but the database's user interface felt less intuitive, requiring additional time to adapt. The automatic updates were a positive aspect since they kept the software current without manual input, although these updates sometimes led to minor disruptions during active calls. The telephonic support was accessible but not as prompt or helpful as I had hoped, so resolving certain issues demanded repeated calls. Overall, while the product included many useful tools, transitioning to WFHI involved extra effort to overcome the learning curve and occasional glitches, which made me reflect on whether the switch was worthwhile despite the promise of better remote workflow management.
