Compared to earlier tools, the billing process needed some effort
Using the billing and payment system here was somewhat different from what I've dealt with before. One particular moment stands out: when I first set up the invoicing details, it took me longer than expected because some options weren’t immediately clear. I had to retrace steps to confirm the payment preferences and double-check the invoice data. While the software itself didn’t cause any tech glitches, the flow wasn’t as streamlined as I had hoped based on my previous experiences elsewhere. That said, once everything was configured, the automatic updates kept the system current without me needing to intervene, which was a definite plus compared to the older platforms I used. The telephonic support was available but I didn’t need to call much after the initial guidance, so it felt like a practical, if not perfectly smooth, experience overall. I’d say the learning curve was a little steeper than my previous encounters, mostly due to the finer details in the billing setup rather than the software performance itself.
