Compared to before, the setup took a bit of effort
Switching to WFHI's software was a bit of a reassessment for me. Before, I'd used some other remote work solutions that were simpler in usage but less feature-rich, so moving to WFHI felt like I had to spend more effort upfront understanding the workflow and getting the calling dialer and database configured properly. The sales process was smooth enough; signing up and arranging payment wasn’t too cumbersome. However, I did find that getting comfortable with the automatic updates took some patience – sometimes features would change subtly, triggering a need for me to re-learn bits. On the bright side, the training materials are solid and gave me a structured way to onboard myself, even if it took me several tries to feel fully ready. Telephonic support helped clarify minor doubts, though I wish the wait times were a bit shorter. It’s definitely a step up in complexity compared to what I used before, but it offers more power once you get the hang of it. I think it’s worthwhile, though the effort needed might be more than some expect at first glance.
