Comparatively decent, but still falls short
I've used a few remote workflow management platforms in the past, and WFHI compares reasonably well in terms of support and communication. The telephonic support is available when needed, though sometimes it requires multiple calls to get through to the right person. The overall responsiveness is decent, nothing overly impressive but sufficient for daily use. The onboarding process is somewhat smoother than some alternatives I've encountered. However, when comparing the intuitiveness of their software and how quickly documents and databases update, it's still slightly behind the best I've used. The help resources and training materials are adequate but not outstanding—they cover essential topics but rarely go beyond basics. Paid invoices and payments are handled in a straightforward manner, which I appreciate since confusing billing systems can be a real pain. Automatic updates work without causing issues, and the calling tools function reliably most days. In summary, WFHI offers a decent experience comparable to others in this category, but it doesn't stand out enough to prompt a glowing recommendation. It's a workable tool with room to improve the support's efficiency and depth.
