Communication left me feeling somewhat frustrated
My experience with WFHI’s support and communication was a mix of positives and negatives. Initially, I found that explanations given by the team were somewhat vague and lacked the clarity I needed to fully understand certain software functionalities. For instance, when asking about how automatic updates might impact ongoing workflows, I received responses that felt scripted and left me uncertain about the practical effects. On the other hand, follow-up communications eventually provided more concrete guidance, allowing me to proceed with tasks. However, the need for multiple contacts to piece together information made the whole process feel inefficient. While telephonic support was generally patient, the overall feeling was that the communication lacked cohesion, which at times caused delays. From my perspective, the experience felt somewhat frustrating but manageable. Clearer initial explanations and more structured communication protocols would make a significant difference in customer satisfaction. Despite these issues, the team did try to be helpful within their limits, which I appreciate.
