Communication didn't meet expectations
I found the support response times slower than I had hoped for. Initially, I expected more proactive communication, but it felt like I had to reach out several times before getting answers. The one thing that was fine was the initial setup, which was fairly straightforward. Overall, it didn’t align with what I anticipated.
