Communication could be clearer in billing
My experience with the invoicing process was mostly fine, but there were times when I found the wording on some of the invoices slightly confusing. The charges themselves were clearly listed, but the descriptions could’ve been more straightforward. I appreciate how everything was laid out, but sometimes I had to spend time decoding what certain fees pertained to. It would be helpful if clearer labels could be included on future billing statements, to make it easier to understand what I am actually paying for. That said, the payment process was efficient and trouble-free, and I had no issues there at all. Invoicing could have been a little more user-friendly, but it certainly didn’t detract too much from my overall positive experience with the service. Just a small point of feedback that could make their excellent service even better.
