Communication could be clearer
I found the support communication lacking at times. Although I received help when I asked, the explanations were often muddled and left me feeling confused about the next steps. I expected clearer guidance during the process, which didn’t happen often enough. The one aspect I appreciated was how quickly someone responded to me, but that didn’t fully compensate for the overall unclear support.
