Communication aur support se thoda ajeeb sa lag raha tha
Main support aur communication se kafi disappointed tha. Labels aur wording itne clear nahi the jitna hona chahiye tha, matlab main baar baar repeat kar rahi thi ki kya kehna hai, aur unka approach kabhi-kabhi confusing lagta tha. Support staff ka tone bhi thoda formal aur mechanical tha, jis se lagta hai ki baat samajh nahi aa rahi ya jyada care nahi ho raha. Kuch cheezein sahi thi, jaise ki calls ka connection stable tha, par overall process itna smooth nahi tha jitna expect karte hain. Programming errors aur database clear instructions ki kami ne mujhe thoda frustrated kar diya. Main samajhti hoon ki har system me problems hoti hain, but jab clarity nahi hoti toh baar baar samjhana padta hai, jo exhausting hota hai.
