Comfortable with the software, though some surprises along the way
When I first started using the software, I was quite unsure about how quickly I would get the hang of navigation and access to features like the dialer and database. Some parts of the interface were not as intuitive as I expected, which made me hesitate a little at first, especially when I had to update contact records or adjust settings. However, over time, I felt more confident, mainly because the training materials tried to cover most aspects thoroughly, even though they sometimes felt too dense. What really surprised me was how automatic updates would sometimes change layouts slightly, so I had to relearn a few steps, which added to my hesitation, but not enough to be discouraging. Overall, I’m settling in well with it. The experience is definitely positive, though I wish the transitions during updates were smoother to help build confidence faster.
