Comfortable and well organized overall
The whole training experience felt quite comfortable and well organized from start to finish. Finding the modules and resources I needed was generally straightforward, thanks to good navigation and clear labeling. The pace of content delivery was manageable, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed at any point. The inclusion of practical examples in the onboarding process was helpful in cementing concepts. One minor limitation was that in a couple of instances, locating some specific details required an extra click or two, which could be a bit inconvenient yet not very disruptive. Telephonic support was available and polite, though I preferred to resolve most questions through the online dashboard. On the whole, the process felt calm and reasonably smooth, allowing me to gain confidence with the tools without frustration or confusion.
