Clicked quickly after signing up, straightforward enough
Having tried several remote workflow platforms before, I knew what to expect and was a bit wary this time. Thankfully, with WFHI the sign-up and sales process didn’t drag on or require endless back and forth. Once I entered the needed details and completed payment, everything else was set up pretty fast. The training materials kicked in quickly and guided me to the essential software parts like the dialer and database. I wasn’t surprised by delays or confusion this time, and those early doubts about whether I’d get good support faded almost immediately. The invoicing was clear, and any automatic updates happened without me needing to do anything. It clicked for me right at the start that this wasn’t going to be complicated or opaque, which is a relief given previous experiences elsewhere. I’m glad it worked smoothly this time around, so I could focus on learning rather than troubleshooting the set-up.
