Clicked only after real support calls
At first, the support system felt a bit clunky and not as intuitive as what I was used to. The automated responses and basic training materials weren’t quite enough to get me through the more complex calling and database features. I often found myself stuck because the sequence of help topics didn’t align well with my real-time issues. However, once I finally connected to telephonic support staff, things made more sense and I started understanding how to navigate the software properly. It was a noticeable moment of clarity compared to the earlier frustrating experience. Still, it was a mixed journey because the initial stages lacked smoothness and left some room for confusion—definitely not as seamless as competitive products I’ve tried. Despite that, I valued the live support's direct guidance which improved my confidence in the system. So, while the interface and training didn’t click immediately, the personal follow-up saved the day to some extent and solidified my ongoing use.
