Clicked once labels made sense, held me back a bit at first

When I first started using the software, I felt a bit disconnected from some of the wording and labels. Terms related to the database and calling tools sometimes didn’t feel intuitive, causing a short period of uncertainty during the onboarding process. It wasn’t that the interface was poor, but simply that the vocabulary didn’t always instantly match my expectations from other software experience. After spending time with the training materials and exploring the dialer and workflow setups, the meaning of these terms gradually became clearer and things started to click. I was pleasantly surprised by how automatic updates improved functionality without interruption. However, in early days, the sign-up and invoicing interface also posed a few questions that weren’t covered well in the initial documentation. Telephonic support was helpful in bridging these gaps, although I think some clearer labeling or more upfront explanations would have reduced the time I spent figuring out the process. So, overall, the software worked for me, but getting to that point required patience with the wording and some guidance during onboarding.
