Clicked once I got used to invoice terms
Compared to previous platforms, billing through WFHI took a little while to make sense. At first, the multiple payment schedules and varying invoice formats felt a bit confusing. The step-by-step on-screen prompts were helpful but some terminology was unfamiliar. I appreciated how automatic updates ensured latest system features without me manually installing anything, which eased some worries. The moment it clicked was when I realized my billing cycle was clearly reflected in the invoice breakdown. After that, the signed-up process and recurring payments felt straightforward. Overall, the system was mostly similar to what I used before, but with a clearer interface once I understood the pattern in invoices.
