Click came once sequence made sense
When I first started using the software, the steps for signing up and accessing features were somewhat out of sync with what I expected. The onboarding flow made me wait until after sign-up to see how the call dialer worked, which felt backward. I think it would have been clearer if the training introduced basic access processes first and dialing came later, so I could understand the tools in a more logical sequence. Once I reached the point where I could use the database alongside the calling tools, things began to fit together better. The automatic updates sometimes interrupted my work because they would start while I was active on calls, but at least they happened overnight later on. Invoicing and payment processes were straightforward enough, though the initial steps could have been a bit more user-friendly. Telephonic support was available but not immediately helpful for the sequence issues, more focused on technical fixes. Overall, the moment it clicked was when I finally had access to all tools and could use training to tie them together, but until then the order felt like a bit of a jumble.
