Clearly not for those who want detailed explanations upfront
You need to be honest about who your software suits. From my experience, the wording and labels during the sales and pre-purchase phase were so vague that I felt lost trying to understand what I was actually signing up for. If someone needs clear, upfront, detailed explanations before committing, this product will not suit them. The sign-up and payment process labels were misleading, and I kept second-guessing which features I'd get access to. I don't see how beginners could manage without constant support, and even experienced users might find the terminology frustratingly imprecise. If you want transparency before you buy, this probably isn't the software for you.
