Clearest part was how labels eased onboarding
The training and onboarding process was generally clear and easy to follow. What particularly stood out was how well the wording and labels were designed within the software interface. It made navigation and understanding the different features less daunting from the start. While the overall training videos and guides were helpful, I sometimes found the terminology a bit technical in other areas. Yet, the clear, simple labels next to buttons and fields during onboarding bridged that gap effectively. This clarity in wording helped me get up to speed faster than I expected. The training could improve by simplifying some jargon further, but the way the interface itself spoke my language made the difference. This aspect helped me feel confident during the initial setup and using the calling tools reliably in my daily workflow.
