Clearer labels would help support efficiency
My experience with the support and communication side was mixed largely because of confusing wording and unclear labels in the interface. While the telephonic support was generally helpful when I called, finding the right menu options was difficult since some terms made little sense in context. For example, certain buttons were labeled in ways that felt ambiguous, making it harder to know if I was choosing the correct action. This created some back-and-forth with agents to confirm steps, extending resolution times. That said, when I did reach someone, the assistance was competent, which helped alleviate some frustration. I believe improving the clarity of labels and written instructions would reduce repetitive inquiries and make the process more user-friendly. Without these adjustments, users might face avoidable delays despite the adequate quality of personal support itself.
