What really surprised me during the pre-purchase phase was how straightforward the language in the interface and documentation was. I was expecting more technical jargon or confusing terms, but the labels and descriptions made it quite easy to navigate. It clarified what each feature, like the dialer and database, did without overwhelming me. The invoicing and payment process was adequately transparent as well, which helped me proceed without second guesses. I’d say this subtle clarity took some pressure off. I’m not one to rave, but having clear instructions throughout the onboarding flow was a pleasant surprise and made the whole thing feel accessible from the start.
