Clearer labelling could help a lot
I found the overall communication and support a bit inconsistent when I first started using the WFHI software. While some labels on the dashboard made sense and were straightforward, others left me guessing what exactly I was supposed to do next. The onboarding flow had good intentions but often the wording didn’t feel intuitive, which led to me pausing and rereading instructions. I called support a few times and while they were polite, sometimes their explanations included the same wording that confused me initially, rather than breaking it down further. The automatic updates worked fine and thankfully didn’t mess with my session, but the labels in the dialer tool could be more descriptive too. It felt like some terms assumed prior knowledge that I didn’t always have. This made me hesitate during calls because I wasn’t sure if the buttons meant what I thought they did. I think if WFHI added a bit more explanation or examples right on the interface, it would reduce this uncertainty. Overall, the support was there, but the wording and labels missed making things really clear and accessible. I’m still using the tools, but part of me hopes they’ll refine the language to be more user-friendly, as that would make a big difference in my day-to-day workflow.
