Clearer labeling missing made onboarding frustrating

I found the training and onboarding fairly structured at first, with step-by-step instructions and videos, but the wording used in some parts just didn’t make much sense. For example, some labels and buttons in the software like the dialer options or database filters were not intuitive and felt like they needed clearer descriptions. On the positive side, the automatic updates worked smoothly and kept the software relatively up to date without much intervention from me. Nonetheless, the lack of clarity in terminology made getting through the onboarding slow and sometimes confusing. Although the telephonic support was available, I expected more immediate hand-holding during the initial training phase. The payment process and sign-up were pretty standard and uncomplicated. Overall, while the platform itself seems to have potential and a decent flow, I would say the onboarding materials could definitely benefit from simpler, more user-friendly wording and clearer labels to reduce early frustration.
