Clearer explanation early on would have helped things click sooner
Initially, I expected the onboarding and training to get me fully comfortable with the remote workflow software quickly. The setup videos and tutorials seemed straightforward from the start, but some details around the database integration and how the dialer tools interacted weren’t immediately clear during training. It wasn’t until midway through the first week that the purpose of certain features clicked for me. Compared to other software trainings I’ve experienced, this was slightly less intuitive. However, the automatic updates improved things by adding helpful tooltips and clarifications over time, which elevated my confidence. The invoicing and payment explanations were spot on—very clear and easy to follow. On the support side, the priority telephonic assistance helped fill gaps in understanding during working hours. This combination made a difference. So, while the training was good, a bit more detailed explanation before starting would have definitely helped the overall experience feel smoother much earlier. Still, I’m glad to have access to the software and resources to learn as I go, rather than struggling alone without guidance.
