Clear wording was missing, made things confusing

The sales and pre-purchase materials left me quite puzzled because the way the terms and labels were used didn’t make sense at key moments. For instance, when I was going through the sign-up process, the instructions mentioned options like "Priority assistance" And "Automatic updates," But what exactly each entailed was never really clear. I found myself waiting or guessing what these meant operationally rather than having a simple explanation. Beyond that moment, there was a general lack of clarity in labeling throughout the dashboard and calling tool interfaces - it felt like navigating a maze without a proper map. It wasn’t just about missing definitions but also inconsistent use of terminology, which made it tough to learn and trust the product fully. While I did reach out for telephonic support, their explanations were somewhat vague and didn’t altogether clarify the confusing language. What was really missing was straightforward, plain language communication in the marketing and onboarding materials to ease the user experience. Without that, the initial impression and ongoing usability definitely suffered.
