I found the wording and labels on the software very clear, which I think makes it well suited for people who prefer to explore and set things up on their own rather than rely heavily on hand-holding. The labels for features like the dialer, database, and workflow modules made sense right away and didn’t feel confusing or overly technical. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward too, and the invoicing details were easy to understand without needing extra confirmation. I think someone new to remote workflow software but willing to learn independently would find this a good match. On the other hand, if someone expects very detailed step-by-step guidance embedded within each screen, they might find it less suitable. Overall, I enjoyed how the clarity helped me move along quickly without second-guessing what a button or label meant.
