Clear wording but complex labels made me pause

Using the WFHI software, I found the wording and labels mostly clear, but at times they felt a bit too technical, which required some re-reading before I could proceed confidently. The interface generally uses straightforward language which makes the onboarding process easier for new users like me. However, some terms in the database and dialer sections seemed a little ambiguous or overlapping, which made navigating those features a bit confusing until I got the hang of them. I appreciated that the platform didn’t overwhelm me with jargon; instead, it kept tooltips and explanations concise. When I contacted support, I could tell their team explained things clearly, which helped clarify those confusing terms. Still, I wish some aspects of the interface had been more intuitively labeled to avoid that initial bother. The sign-up and invoicing processes were simple and clearly laid out—no surprises there—which made payments smooth from my side. The automatic updates also ensured I wasn’t stuck with outdated features or bugs, which I valued. I guess the thing that stood out was that while most labels were user-friendly, a few internal terms in the software needed better naming, as they interrupted my flow briefly but didn’t cause major issues. Ultimately, the well-designed help and frequent updates made it easier to work through those bumps.
