Clear verdict: WFHI’s training leaves some room for self-exploration
I would say that the training and onboarding process provided by WFHI is quite solid if you have some prior experience with similar tools, but it's not entirely hand-holding. From my perspective, right after signing up and starting with the software access setup, I found clear explanations and well-structured materials. However, when it came to mastering the dialer and database features, I had to figure out a bit on my own to understand how best to integrate them with my specific daily workflow. The training sessions walked me through the basics but were sometimes light on contextual examples that matched my use case, so self-study was necessary. The automatic updates worked well and didn’t disrupt my use, which is a definite plus. Telephonic support was available if I got stuck, but I preferred to read through the database tutorials multiple times, as that was more efficient for me. Overall, this means while you get good foundation and initial direction, expect to invest some personal effort to reach proficiency. This was not a deal-breaker, but it shaped how I approached the learning curve and made my experience a bit more independent than I initially hoped.
