Clear verdict: the support labels just don’t make sense
My overall feeling about the support and communication with WFHI is quite negative, primarily because the wording used in their support labels and instructions was confusing rather than helpful. From the start, when I tried to raise a query about the software's dialer integration, the categories and terms on their support dashboard did not clearly match my issue. This mismatch led to delays and miscommunication, as I wasn't sure where to direct my questions. Even after multiple attempts at contacting telephonic support, the representatives seemed unsure about the terminology I used based on their labels, which made the experience frustrating. The training materials attempted to clarify these terms but fell short, leaving me wondering which options applied to my problem. Because of this vagueness, progress was slow and sometimes felt pointless. The invoicing and payment descriptions were clearer by comparison, but since these were simpler processes, they didn’t raise the same issues. All this made resolving problems much harder than it needed to be. In sum, the support infrastructure is hindered by unclear wording that wastes time and complicates communication. This is my plain verdict after using WFHI services, and it is a disappointment because the potential of the software itself is promising. However, without clearer labels and better communication, the support experience is just a frustrating barrier.
