Clear Verdict on Training Wording and Labels
The training materials provided by WFHI were generally understandable, with most of the wording clear and labels appropriately descriptive. During onboarding, I noticed that some terms could have been simplified or explained better, as a couple of labels seemed a bit technical for someone not deeply familiar with remote workflow software. However, the overall flow of training was logical, and I was able to navigate through it without too much difficulty. The exercises corresponded well with the training content and helped reinforce what I had just learned, even though it took me some time to adjust to the terminology used. The support during onboarding was accessible, which eased any confusion. I would say the training was satisfactory, although refining some wording might make it more accessible to a broader audience.
