Clear verdict on the billing wording

I found the overall billing and payment process to be more confusing than it needed to be. For instance, one moment really stuck out when I was looking at the invoice dashboard — the labels used for different charges weren’t intuitive at all, and I had to call support to clarify what was included in each section. That call was helpful, thankfully, but the lack of clarity in the original invoice wording made things unnecessarily complicated. For the rest of the payment process, things were somewhat smoother but still felt vague in places; I was never quite sure when an automatic update might affect billing or fees. The sign-up payment flow was clear enough but didn’t fully compensate for the times I was left guessing about how to interpret some charges afterward. I think with better labeling and clearer explanations within the billing system itself, this part of the WFHI experience could be far more straightforward. As it stands, I give a mixed rating — the process works but could benefit from simplification and better communication.
