I found the training and onboarding sessions to be very clearly explained, which made it easier for me to get started. The trainers took the time to cover the basics well and responded patiently to questions. That said, some of the material felt a bit too elementary if you already have experience with remote workflow software, which made portions somewhat repetitive. The onboarding flow was structured logically but could benefit from more detailed examples or walkthroughs for complex features. I think this setup suits people who are new or have minimal experience with these tools perfectly. However, if someone is already quite familiar with remote software management, they might find parts of the training less engaging. Overall, the service clarified many aspects efficiently, but those who need a deeper dive may want supplementary resources.
