Clear training expectations surprised me
I was a bit surprised by how much clearer some parts of the software and access setup were compared to others. For instance, the database integration was well explained, allowing me to store and retrieve information without much trouble. However, I felt the onboarding process had areas that weren't as straightforward, especially regarding the dialer usage. The instructions were a bit ambiguous at times, which caused minor delays. Even the training videos sometimes glossed over details I expected to be covered. Overall, while the clearer instructions helped me get going, I think a more consistent explanation throughout would have been beneficial.
